julie at reception had an awkward demeanor, and she was not very helpful when i asked for an ice bucket.

the staff were helpful. they provided lots of information upon my arrival. the room was a reasonable size. i especially liked the shower.
the room had an adjoining door. it was as though my neighbor's were in my room. i heard every move until they were quiet after 2am. they arrived at 11.30 pm. it was too late to change rooms. i got next to no sleep.

I found the room to be clean. Every detail was taken care of. the room offered a bed that was lovely and very comfortable. breakfast provided lots of options. I definitely enjoyed the variety. the hotel's parking was easy, and entry and exit were simple too.
a slight negative, i noticed that the bathroom door needed a little force to shut completely.

The air conditioning kept cutting off I found lots of animal hairs on the bed when I arrived Staff suggested they were eyelashes They did replace the cover I think they just wanted to avoid an argument.

the heating system was a little difficult to regulate at first.

The staff greeted me with warm smiles each day they remembered my name, and offered helpful suggestions for local restaurants. My room offered ample space and was set up perfectly with requested amenities before arrival. The breakfast provided many choices. It was fresh and delicious.
I noticed animal hairs on the bedspread when I first arrived it was a minor issue but required a new cover.
